Majid Chaaban
Managing Director
Majid started his journey in the construction industry as a home inspector, where he diligently honed his skills and cultivated a vast network of contractors.
Leveraging his expertise and extensive professional connections, he transitioned to the role of general contractor in 2016. Since then, Majid has spearheaded numerous high-profile projects, including design/build endeavors for prestigious entities such as embassies in Washington, DC, military bases, national property management groups, and renovations for restaurants, offices, clubhouses, and multifamily properties across the DMV area, Virginia, Kansas City and other growing areas across the country.
With a portfolio of thousands of successful renovations, Majid imparts his discerning eye for quality and comprehensive skill set to his dedicated team, ensuring the delivery of excellence in every endeavor.
Gregory Moorehead
Director of Construction
With over 30 years in the heavy construction industry, starting in the Caribbean, our Director of Construction has been pivotal in leading teams and building critical infrastructure, including port terminals, airport expansions, hospitals, hotels, and apartment buildings
Greg oversees the project management team at Capital Construction and Renovation, leading renovations on commercial properties, military bases, and multifamily apartment buildings.
Beyond work, he enjoys boating, paddle boarding, and skiing, valuing relaxation after a long week. His most excellent satisfaction comes from delivering completed projects to clients, earning their trust and referrals.
Jessica Losh
Project Coordinator
Jessica manages the daily tasks for projects, including scheduling, materials, estimates, walk-throughs, inspections, etc to ensure projects are going to plan. She keeps clients up to date on the progress of their projects.
Her favorite part of this job is the people I work with and seeing how nice the finished projects look.
Outside of work, Jessica loves to travel. She spent her last 5 birthdays (and my wedding day last year) in different countries.
MIchael Hepper
DIrector of Business Development
Michael is in charge of managing relationships with our clients and subcontractors. He ensures proper project delivery and client satisfaction on every project. He is ready to jump in wherever needed to solve problems and keep projects moving on time and budget.
His favorite part of the job is the relationships that he builds with clients and hearing how happy they are to have a reliable construction partner.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and dog and lifting weights at the gym.
